2. Mystical Plants: A Transformative Experience

Mystical Plants is more than a tour—it’s an encounter with the soul of Colombia. Throughout the day, participants will uncover the sacred traditions of mystical plants and their impact on culture, health, and spirituality.

  • Gold and Shamanism: Explore pre-Hispanic gold artifacts at the Gold Museum, guided by experts who reveal their use in spiritual rituals and their connection to nature.
  • Inspired Creations: Stroll through La Candelaria to discover contemporary art and fashion inspired by indigenous wisdom.
  • Mystical Plants: Participate in a cacao ceremony and a conversation with an indigenous expert, connecting with the sacred energy of plants.
  • Songs for Nature: Conclude the day with a private concert celebrating the spirit of the Andes through music and song.

Disclaimer: This experience does not promote recreational use of plants. Its purpose is to educate and foster respect for Colombia's ancestral practices and biodiversity.

3. General Information about the Experience

  • Cost: USD $365 per person (taxes included).
  • Duration: Full-day experience. Pick-up in the morning and return to the hotel in the evening.
  • Includes: Round-trip transportation, meals, museum entry fees, guided activities, and a cacao ceremony.
  • Languages Available: English.
  • Availability: Saturdays only.
  • Capacity: Minimum 5 and maximum 12 people per group.
  • Note: If your hotel has only a few guests interested, no problem! Reservations will be combined with participants from other hotels, creating an interactive, immersive cultural experience.

4. Exclusive Benefits for Concierges

Concierges will receive a 10% commission on the value of each reservation they manage. Here’s how:

  1. Ensure that guests list your hotel’s name on the reservation form.
  2. Notify Precolombino State of Mind about the managed reservations by sending an email with the following details:
    • Full name of the concierge receiving the commission.
    • Bank certification: A document verifying account details for commission payment.
    • Hotel name where the reservation was made.
    • Names of participants attending the experience.
    • Date of the experience.
    • Phone/WhatsApp number for direct contact if needed.
    • Email address for confirmation of the transfer.
  3. Email notifications should be sent to precolombinostateofmind@gmail.com.

Once the information is received and verified, payment of the commission will be processed within the agreed timeframe.

 

5. Reservation Process

A. Express Reservation: Reserve through WhatsApp with a non-refundable payment of 80%. The process consists of 4 steps:

  1. Availability Request:
    The concierge contacts Precolombino State of Mind to check available dates and spaces for the experience.

  2. Experience Information:
    Precolombino State of Mind sends the concierge detailed information about the experience, including available dates, pricing, and details with images of the itinerary and brochure. The concierge shares this information with the guest via WhatsApp.

  3. Reservation Process:
    The concierge collects the following information from the guest:

    • Date of the experience
    • Number of participants
      With this information, Precolombino State of Mind provides the corresponding payment link for the concierge to share with the guest.

  4. Confirmation:

    • If the group is completed, Precolombino State of Mind confirms the reservation and requests participant information.*
    • If the group does not meet the required quorum, Precolombino State of Mind will notify the guest that the selected date is unavailable and offer a refund if rescheduling is not possible.

*Once the reservation is confirmed, the concierge must submit the necessary information for the commission.

B. Website Reservation:
Guests can book directly on the website. They must select the date, complete the form, and make an online payment with a credit card.

6. Cancellation Policy

Each of our experiences is carefully curated and meticulously prepared in collaboration with artisans, guides, and collaborators. From securing exclusive access to unique locations to working with thematic experts, every element of your journey requires extensive planning, coordination, and commitments on our part.

Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, we have established the following reservation policy:

  • Once a reservation is confirmed, it is final, and cancellations by participants are not permitted.
  • If Precolombino State of Mind cancels the experience due to insufficient quorum, unforeseen circumstances, or factors beyond our control, a full refund will be provided to participants.
